This is my husband Tony. He's banned from smoking in the house, but I came home and smelled smoke coming from the bathroom one evening. His defence was that "the bathroom isn't the house." Cheeky! His penalty was to pose for Him Indoors and not to borrow my copy of Pick Me Up to read on the loo for two weeks.
