I found an old knitting pattern in my local charity shop and loved it, so my mother-in-law knitted it for my 7-month-old daughter, Beatrix Violet. She was teething the day we tried it on her and her flushed cheeks made her look even cuter. What a doll!

Here's my gorgeous baby, Jake Matthew Hutchison, born on the 18th April 2008. He was exactly a month early and weighed only 4lb 9oz. You really couldn't tell that this chunky monkey was a premature baby!
